Since we provide digital services (Email Hosting, Cloud Storage, Blog Hosting), “returns” of physical goods do not apply. However, we are committed to your satisfaction.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new hosting and cloud storage subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

  • Exclusions: Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, or third-party licenses are non-refundable as these costs are paid to external registries.

3. Service Commencement & Waiver

By purchasing our services, you agree that the service begins immediately upon delivery of login credentials. According to EU consumer law, once a digital service has been fully performed or initiated with your consent, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal may be limited.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at staff@service.anjara.org with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your User Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations after the initial 30-day guarantee.
